Creme Brulee is One of my favourite desserts – even if the custard didn’t quite set properly it’s just as delicious to drink it!

Preparation: 20 min

Cooking: 50 min

Ingredients For 6 portion:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 30 cl of liquid cream
  • 19 cl of milk
  • 150 g sugar

How To Make Creme Brulee:

  1. Boil the milk, add the cream and sugar off the heat.
  2. Add the egg yolks, heat very slowly (especially not to boil), then pour into small individual dishes.
  3. Put in the oven in a bain-marie and cook gently at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  4. Leave to cool, then put some brown sugar on top and burn it with a small kitchen torch.
