Hello everything this time I will make dorayaki – Japanese pancake dorayaki, dorayaki is very tasty, soft and easy to make, the ingredients are very simple anyone can make it.

Ingredients  Japanese Pancake Dorayaki:

 

  • 2 eggs
  • 40 gr / 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 90 gr / 9 tbsp plain flour (blue triangle)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 10 ml / 2 tbsp water (can be replaced with liquid milk)

 

Filling

 

  • Hazelnuts, Chocolate Peanut butter or to taste

 

How To Make  Japanese Pancake Dorayaki

1. Put 2 egg, 40g sugar,1 tbsp honey,1/2 tsp vanilla extract in a container

2. Stir until the sugar dissolves

 

3. pour 90g all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp baking powder into a container, mix well.

4. add 10 ml of water

 

5. Cover, let stand for 10 minutes

6. Turn on the stove on low heat

 

7.  Pour on spoonful of batter

 

8. After the bubbles come out then flip

9. Wait one minute then lift it

10. I’m filling with hazelnuts, chocolate peanut butter / you can replace it with red bean paste
