This time I will share a mashed potato recipe that can be used as a substitute for rice or bread. You can also eat steak as a companion and make ideas for children’s food supplies from mashed potatoes.
- 500 grams of potatoes.
- 75-100 ml of full cream liquid milk.
- 40 grams of grated cheese / according to taste (I use Kraft soft milk).
- enough water to boil / can also be steamed.
How To Make:
Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes then boil them until they’re cooked and tender.
Remove and drain the potatoes.
While hot, mash the potatoes until they are half smooth.
Enter the milk and cheese.
Mash again until smooth.
May add spices such as parsley or oregano.
Mashed potatoes are ready to be served with steaks or other foods.
Sprinkle blackpapper on top if you like.
