How To make Pie with cheese and sausages for breakfast your Family 

Ingredients Pie with cheese and sausages:

  • 250 ml of kefir
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cheese
  • 200 g sausages (or sausages)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt

Preparation:

1) Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the sausages into thin slices.

2) Mix eggs, kefir, 1/3 teaspoon of salt until smooth. Add baking powder and flour, stir to avoid lumps.

3) Add cheese and sausages, stir. Transfer the dough to a greased mold (I have a 25×25 cm mold).

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. Done.

The pie tastes best when warm, although it is also very good when cold.
