Sauteed Cut Tofu

Ingredients Sauteed Cut Tofu :

  • Tofu cut to taste
  • 3 garlic cloves finely
  • 5 red cayenne pepper slices
  • Leeks to taste
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of flavor
  • Enough water
  • Cornstarch solution

How to Make:

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, cut tofu briefly, remove from heat and set aside.

2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, saute fine garlic and cayenne pepper until fragrant, add the oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir well.

3. Enter enough water, add sugar, salt, pepper, flavor and water to taste, stir well.

4. Add tofu. Cut, mix well and cover for 2 minutes, let it infuse.

5. Add the cornstarch solution, stir well, sprinkle with green onions and cayenne pepper.

6. Ready to serve hot.
