  • 0.5 liters of boiled water, about t body

  • 1 rounded tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • flour – about 6-7 glasses to make a non-sticky dough.

How To make:

Knead all the ingredients into a dough and place in a greased pan (so that the pan is half the size of the dough). My mother-in-law used an ordinary aluminum saucepan. Cover the dough with a towel and leave on the table for 20 minutes, and then refrigerate for another 1 hour. Bake at about 180 g for about 1 hour. How to get it out of the oven – let the bread “rest” in shape for about 5 minutes, and then take it out, grease with oil and cover with a towel. The aroma is for the whole entrance, no pies smell like that. The mother-in-law says that such bread was baked by her grandmother when they left for haymaking for a couple of days, and the bread did not stale without any packages and packages. But we could not verify this, because this “loaf” flew away by evening. It turns out a tall spongy bread with a thin crust. Like a round cake box.

After the refrigerator, before the oven, do not keep warm, but immediately put in a hot oven.

Try it. Delicious bread. Very aromatic!
