Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 9 tbsp plain flour (blue triangle)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 10 ml water (can be replaced with liquid milk)

Hazelnuts, Chocolate Peanut butter or to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Put 2 egg, 40g sugar,1 tbsp honey,1/2 tsp vanilla extract in a container
    • Stir until the sugar dissolves
    • pour 90g all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp baking powder into a container, mix well.
    • add 10 ml of water
    • Cover, let stand for 10 minutes
    • Turn on the stove on low heat
    • Pour on spoonful of batter
    • After the bubbles come out then flip
    • Wait one minute then lift it
    • I'm filling with hazelnuts, chocolate peanut butter / you can replace it with red bean paste
